RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be approved and completed within 30 days of purchase date.

Customer must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) via e-mail utilizing returns@drainagesolutionsinc.com.

The request should include name, address, order / invoice number and items to be returned.

No product(s) that Customer purchases from Drainage Solutions, Inc. (DSI) shall be returned to DSI without written approval of DSI and proof of purchase.

In the event such approval is obtained, a twenty (20%) restocking charge shall be deducted from the refunded purchase price.

No product(s) will be accepted for return by DSI without being clean, merchantable and immediately ready for resale. Any return of product(s) to DSI shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer, at Customer's sole cost and expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Special order items are non-returnable.

Expedited Shipping: Order by 12 PM EDT we will ship all in stock items by 5 PM Same Business Day

Standard Shipping: We strive to ship all orders placed by 12 PM EDT for all in stock items by 5 PM Same Business Day

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS and LTL truck carriers. USPS and Fed Ex Ground is sometimes utilized when items are shipped from a third party warehouse.
