How do you ship products?

Primary carriers include UPS, LTL & Truckload Carriers and DSI trucks. USPS and FedEx are utilized under certain situations.

What is the delivery area for your trucks?

Trucks provided by Drainage Solutions, Inc. deliver within the entire state of Indiana. The services of national carriers are utilized to ship products anywhere and everywhere else in the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Physical locations: Cash, Check, Discover, Master Card, VISA and American Express.
Online purchases: Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express and PayPal.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is not a minimum order for in stock items. Special order items may have a minimum on a case by case basis.

What is the standard time to have my order shipped?

Standard stock items are shipped within 2 business days.

What is your shipping policy?

Expedited Shipping: Order by 12 PM EDT and we will ship all in stock items by 5 PM Same Business Day.
Standard Shipping: We strive to ship all orders placed by 12 PM EDT for all in stock items by 5 PM Same Business Day. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS and LTL truck carriers. USPS and Fed Ex Ground is sometimes utilized when items are shipped from a third party warehouse.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be approved and completed within 30 days of purchase date. A customer must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) via e-mail utilizing returns@drainagesolutionsinc.com.
