MarMacʼs CMP Coupler is a single unit, external sealing band designed to prevent infiltration into corrugated steel pipe drainage systems. The coupling creates a strong, permanent, flexible seal around the joints of rerolled (annularized) or non-rerolled (spiral) CSP pipe ends.

Designed as an infiltration and exfiltration-proof sealing solution, our Watertight CSP Coupler connects 12- 54” diameter corrugated steel pipe with both rerolled and non-rerolled ends. Utilizing five high-tensile compression bands, the center and outer edge bands are reinforced with butyl rubber underlays, which create an exfiltration-proof seal when tightened. Two secondary compression bands straddle either side of the main center strap as a preventative measure.

MarMac PolySeal is a flexible, high-strength pipe coupling that permanently seals and restrains corrugated plastic pipe. PolySeal Couplers are over-engineered, reinforced external joint seals designed to connect HDPE / HDPP corrugated pipe, while remaining both infiltration proof and exfiltration resistant. PolySeal Couplings are perfect for cut & butt joints, field repairs, new detention systems, and more. 

MarMac’s Double-Wide PolySeal Couplings are heavy-duty 3-ply as they are manufactured with an additional layer of polyethylene and mastic. Nearly twice the width of a standard PolySeal, our Double-Wide PolySeal Coupler comes with five integrated compression bands, as opposed to three with our Standard coupler.

Our Double-Wide PolySeal coupler has five integrated compression bands. Sizes under 30″ are standard-duty and use hose clamp bands made of high-strength 409 or 304 stainless steel. Heavy-duty sizes over 30″ contain an additional membrane layer of polyethylene and mastic, and utilize built-in ratchet straps.

Common uses include repairs, such as instances where pipe ends have minor damage or to cover small punctures in a pipe caused by fork trucks or similar. Additionally, Double-Wide PolySeal can be used in place of standard PolySeal to make a stronger, stiffer joint.

rMac Dissimilar Pipe Couplers (DP Couplers) are engineered to join, seal, and restrain the connections between pipes of differing material and/or pipes of varying nominal size*. These unique, external sealing bands are reinforced and prevent infiltration into gravity-flow drainage systems.

*While dependent upon pipe material(s) and/or overall pipe diameter(s), the difference in diameter must not exceed 15% or 8″ to allow for proper step-down.

DP Couplers integrate several unique components into a single, customizable, full-perimeter, external sealing band. Our specially-formulated, rubberized mastic aggressively adheres to all known pipe surfaces, providing a positive seal to battle infiltration. The coupling is reinforced with a sheet of durable, woven polypropylene which provides shear and puncture resistance. Dissimilar Pipe Couplers are able to connect virtually any structurally sound pipe material with another. DP Couplings are also a great choice for two pipes of the same material, but with differing nominal diameter. MACWRAP REPAIR COUPLER

MacWrap Repair Coupler is an advanced, external joint coupler, specifically designed to repair compromised joints of precast structures while simultaneously preventing infiltration. MacWrap Repair couplings can be used for the rehabilitation of tongue & groove and bell & spigot reinforced concrete pipe as well as manhole sections, restoring the integrity of damaged joints.

With its membrane comprised of the same materials as a standard MacWrap, the width of MacWrap Repair Couplers is increased to 24”, four compression bands are utilized versus the standard two, and the thickness is increased by approximately 50%. This is a heavy-duty, 3-ply coupler as the membrane contains an additional layer of polyethylene and mastic.
