Our 160 Series pumps are robust, high-performance solutions suitable for various commercial applications, including septic tanks, low-pressure pipes (LPP), or enhanced flow STEP systems.
These heavy-duty sump and effluent pumps are constructed from durable cast iron with a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated epoxy finish. Together with their no-clog vortex impeller, these elements give you a commercial sump pump you can count on for smooth, reliable operation.
Whether you choose an automatic or nonautomatic configuration, you can expect these pumps to maintain 3,450 rpm and pump out 100 gallons per minute. Each device we offer undergoes rigorous computerized testing and comes with a one-year limited warranty to give you peace of mind.
Other features include:
A max temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
The ability to pass ¾-inch spherical solids.
Hermetic seals.
High Head Flow-Mate 160 Series
Durable, cast iron constructed switch case, base, motor and pump housing
Available in automatic or nonautomatic operation
The sizing of effluent systems normally requires variable level float(s) controls and properly sized basins to achieve required pumping cycles or dosing timers with non automatic pumps.
Submersible pump for dewatering (sump) or effluent (septic tank systems).
Mighty-Mate 50 Series
Cast iron switch case, motor and pump housing
Engineered thermoplastic base
Available in automatic or nonautomatic operation

Zoeller Pump Company’s Model 98 Sump Pumps can offer protection and prevent flooding after heavy rainfall or storms. Underneath your structure, pits collect water. If the water level reaches a certain point, automatic or manual settings on the machine can efficiently pump that water away from your property’s foundation. How often the pump runs depends on the amount of moisture in the space.
A corrosion-resistant finish over cast iron construction provides incredible strength and durability, and stainless steel screws assembling the seal, arm, handle, and guard stave off rust. The pump uses a 1 ½-inch discharge pipe and can pass spherical solids up to ½ inch in diameter. The lack of screen keeps the unit running smoothly.
We offer accessories such as alarm systems with simplex or duplex control panels designed to keep you informed about your sump pump’s water level. The alarm gives you peace of mind that your pump is operating as intended.
