• Cast Iron; Ductile Iron (manual)
• FITS:
• Reed Cutter: LCRC8; LCRC12; LCRC16; RC20; RC24; RC30; RC36
• Blade Exposure: 0.50" Blade Exposure determines wall thickness capacity of cutter wheel.
• All Reed cutter wheels are made from high shock-resistant tool steel.
• By using this higher quality raw material, Reed cutter wheels can be made thinner and can therefore cut pipe more easily and leave less burr.
• Also, because of their higher quality, certified material, only Reed cutter wheels can be heat-treated for the perfect balance between hardness and toughness to make Reed cutter wheels resist breakage and last longer.
• Reed offers the largest cutter wheel line for all types of pipe, tubing and conduit.

REED’s RCORP smooth jaw wrenches fit up to 2” corp stops and open to a generous maximum of 4 1/2”.

A coarse adjustment thread and a large thumbscrew provide quick, easy adjustments for the numerous size changes encountered during jobs. Ford Meter Box® and A.Y. McDonald®, along with other brass fittings manufacturers, recommend a smooth jaw wrench when tightening corp stops, either into the pipe or tapping saddle, or for tightening the service line connection on any waterworks brass valve or fitting.

• Includes RCORP wrench with smooth jaw for work on finished and visible surfaces.
• Rotate handle end for three different disc slots sizes: .450”, .390”, .312”.
• Slots fit standard and ball valve corp stop keys.
• Maximum Actual Opening:  4 1/2"
• Length: 18.625"

• Application: Steel; Stainless Steel

Double-ended RF10 Operator's Wrench has forged alloy steel pipe wrench jaws on one end and a V0 size valve wheel wrench hook on the opposite end.

Cast alloy steel RF10 is designed for gripping pipe, test plugs or bull plugs. Hook end assists in opening and closing valves while length of operator's wrench provides for needed leverage. The hook end fits hand valve wheels (up to 5/8” rims) without gouging the wheel.

OSHA inspectors can assess penalties for using a pipe wrench on a valve wheel rim as wrench teeth can leave sharp burrs on the wheel rim, which result in hand injuries.

Use of the RF10 operator's wrench prevents these problems. Handle is painted with chemical-resistant powder coating.

• Two tools in one: serves as a pipe wrench and a valve wheel wrench.
• Lightest operator's wrench available – carry it all day long.
• Smooth valve wheel wrench openings protect hands from sharp burrs.
• Pipe Capacity: 1/8" - 1"
• Length: 10"

Ratchet shears with hardened steel blades are ideal for cutting PE, PP, PEX, and ABS pipe.

• One hand operation offer 7-step ratchet mechanism for best mechanical advantage and smoothest operation.
• Length: 8.3"
• Capacity OD: 1.66" / 1 1/4" nominal
• Material: PE, PP, PEX, ABS

Ratchet Shears are NOT RECOMMENDED to cut PVC or CPVC for solvent cement weld connections because hairline fractures may occur when cutting PVC or CPVC. Instead use Reed Quick Release™ Tubing Cutters.

Ratchet shears with hardened steel blades are ideal for cutting PE, PP, PEX, and ABS pipe.

• The two-hand RS2 features 2” capacity, extra wide, v-style jaws for easy alignment, and long handles for leverage on tough-to-cut pipe.
• Length: 17"
• Capacity OD: 2.4" / 2" nominal

Ratchet shears with hardened steel blades are ideal for cutting PE, PP, PEX, and ABS pipe.

• Pointed blade in one-hand, ratcheting RSP2 helps start the cut in tough plastics and helps avoid bounce in thin wall material.
• V-shaped cradle supports pipe giving 3 touch points - 2 at bottom and main one on blade.
• Hardened steel blade makes RSP2 ideal for cutting PE, PP, PEX and ABS.
• Quick release lever to open blade, along with safety latch to keep tool closed when not in use.
• Sharpen or replace blade for best performance.

The RSPUD smooth jaw wrench is for square, hex, or octagonal shapes where toothed pipe wrenches are not a good option.

• Large capacity wrenches that will not mar chrome, brass or other fittings.
• The smooth jaws are gentle on finished and visible surfaces.
• Maximum Actual Opening:  2 5/8"
• Length: 11"

REED's Heavy Duty Square Drive Ratchet Wrenches are great for ratcheting line-up clamps for welding steel pipe and for other process piping needs. Certain valves require square drive ratchet wrenches, and the ratchet and reverse option speeds up jobs.

• 13/16" Female Drive.
• Made to fit 13/16" square bolts or shafts.
• Wrench both ratchets and reverses.
• Length: 19.5"
• Handle: Cast
