Robust Guillotine Pipe Cutters are designed to cut PE pipe from SDR15.5 to SDR9 within 1/8” (3 mm) of square on medium and high-density pipe.

• Cuts PE up to 12" (350 mm).
• Squarest cut available, within 1⁄8" (3 mm) on medium and high density pipe, due to strong frames and unique blade design.
• Saves facing cost: no facing needed for electrofusion, less needed for butt-fusion.
• Requires minimal clearance, only 4" – 6" (102 - 152 mm) around pipe.
• Clean and safe! No chips to clog valves and apertures.
• Many high quality cuts, with durable non-stick coated (resharpenable and replaceable) tool steel blade.
• Replacement Blades

• Application: PE
• SDR 17 - SDR9.3
• Pipe Capacity: 4" - 12"
• Length: 51"
• MUST SHIP VIA TRUCK LINE

NOTES:

HPCs cut PE only and will not cut PVC or PP (polypropylene) pipe, such as Aquatherm®.

Temperature impacts pipe density. Cold temperatures (below freezing) can significantly shorten blade life.

Blade is very sharp. Take care when reaching in that area.

For operator and blade safety, always transport the cutter with the blade fully seated in the base of the cutter. Use the blade guard if available since it protects the blade and the operator.

Reed strongly recommends use of the PEGR7 Static Grounding Device (#04621) with Guillotine Cutters. Use a grounding device as a precaution against static build-up. Dissipate the charge and minimize the possibility of ignition.

• Replacement blade for REED HPC12 guillotine pipe cutter.
• Expect high quality cuts from this durable, non-stick coated, heat-treated, tool steel blade.
• Best performance when the tool and the pipe are kept clean and the blade edge is free of nicks.
• Blade can be sharpened before replacement is needed.

Robust Guillotine Pipe Cutters are designed to cut PE pipe from SDR15.5 to SDR9.

• Cuts PE up to 4" (125 mm).
• New all aluminum construction results in lighter weight and greater rigidity
• Greater capacity, up to 4.9 in O.D.   Slightly enlarged pipe capacity fits true 4 in DIPS and IPS for PE
• Aluminum rails and crosshead have a hard anodize finish to reduce wear on sliding surfaces
• Superior cuts with MADE IN USA blade

Reed Internal Pipe Cutters cut pipe from the inside (i.e. drain pipes or sprinkler drops, etc).

• IC1A comes with an abrasive blade for areas where the blade may come in contact with concrete or other hard surfaces which would destroy a saw-tooth blade.
• Conveniently cut from the inside using a standard 3/8” drill. (Drill not included.)
• Used to cut off pipes below floor level or in the ceiling in new construction, around pools, and for replacement of closet flanges.
• During use, flats on the larger cutters keep the cutter from slipping in the jaws of the drill while a lock washer on the smaller cutters keeps the blades from slipping.
• Shaft: 4"
• Blade Type: Abrasive
• Blade Diameter: 1.53"
• Blade Cutting Depth 1/2"
